is it a lanyard eyelet in that small hole beside the microusb?? coz in gsmarena it is identified as lankyard eyelet but i can't see the inside of it, the hole is too small to see the inside. so does anybody has already tried to put something in it already(like a strap?)?

Yes, open the back cover.
Poke your lanyard thread through the hole, then push it behind the hook.
Pull lanyard tight.
Close cover.

You'd probably break your chest with how heavy the N900 is - I should know, I've tried. Additionally my Otterbox casing now blocks my lanyard hole, so...
