    Browser problem after flashing - constantly reloading [SOLVED]

    So I was having battery drainage and thought I'd flash my phone to see if it helps. Did the fiasco flash, then emmc, then with the lastest maemo release.

    Everything seems fine except my microb browser is constandly reloading and not responding my user input. For example, on google's homepage, when I clicked on the search box, the browser does nothing and try to reload. I try clearing user data already. I restore my backup and think that might be the problem.

    Should I reflash? It's annoying but a simple procedure. Any advice? Like maybe reinstall the browser, is this possible? Opera browser doesn't have this problem.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Yes. Sadly I also did that.

    Is there a factory reset on this thing or is reflash my only option? I don't recall....

    Hmm.. IIRC you can restore original settings. Here is manual:
    http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-...rt/n900/guides

    but I would first try to delete ./mozilla/microb directory and reboot.
    Probably it will delete bookmarks and settings from browser.

    Yes, Itīs quite good. Only problems is that you have to zoom to be able to read text. Itīs just amazing how fast itīs compared to microb or fennec (and itīs "hobby" project god's sake)

    Nicely thought. Problem here is that Maemo is OS (as is windows) and when you update your OS (e.g. windows with sp3 or maemo with pr1.2) your old programs from 3rd party vendors might broke up. So itīs not so easy to point where the problem lies.

    FIXED...after deleting the .mozilla folder and rebooting, my microb is back to normal...YAY!!! Much thanks to Slender for the suggestion. My bookmarks are still there for some reason. LOL. Hopefully this is a permanent fix.

    I was having problem in google, engadget and facebook. Now all the three website work.

    @Shockrj
    I logged into my phone via openssh and delete the folder .mozilla. I forgot the exactly location already. I'm sure Slender knows. Thanks again...
