im stuck also flashing and wondered if anyone can help
I run the "flasher-3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R" from the maemo flasher 3.5 cmd window. Windows ask me if i want to allow the process i click yes. Another cmd window flashes up for about a second and then the original cmd window appears with no change.
nothing starts and nothing runs

Make sure you go to Start > Acessories -> Right-Click on CMD "run as administrator"
Then try again
