I haven't.. but I'm not sure it is relevant to this problem... This happens even when headphones aren't used (ie playing through speakers)
The media widget for some reason notices the end of a call (usually an unanswered inbound call) and triggers the playback.. even if the media widget was manually paused previously..
Simple problem description seems to be it forgot that it was paused before the call started (as usually it pauses itself when a call starts)

if my phone is on silent and i receive, but do not answer a call i.e. i leave it to ring out, once the caller has given up / gone to voicemail, my media widget starts playing! its now happenned several times in meetings. luckily so far its only been a bit of blur or foo fighters but im sure its only a matter of time before something embarrassing like hanson mmmm bop comes out to say hello!!
has anyone else experienced this????
