This does not happen every time, but most of the time when I load a page, the entire phone freezes. If I try to Ctrl-Backspace, it will either not work or take a long time to get to the dashboard, and when it does I usually cannot close the browser. It seems to be more of an issue with larger sites, but I have had the problem on most sites.

Is this behavior to be expected, or is something wrong that I need to fix (possibly reflash)?

Remove/disable "Adblock Plus" if you have it installed - it is known to slow the broswer right down in PR1.2

Thanks, it already seems faster. Funny thing is, I added Adblock Plus because I figured it would speed things up by not loading as many elements on the page.

And empty your cache regulary, this speeds up things too.
