i am having difficulty running uktube and i got the following errors via x-term

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/uktube", line 32, in <module>
import gtk
File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/PIL/__init__.py", line 48, in <module>

ImportError: /usr/lib/libX11.so.6: undefined symbol: XkbGetNa



installing over the current installation does not work and i am unable to uninstall via application manager. how can i solve this problem?

You cannot. I'll try to get some time today to solve this issue. It's something that has changed in the youtube web pages recently.

Well, that is unless you know how to code, in which case, you could debug it for me.

i cant find any information about uktube on the web. where do i find it?

uktube is now integrated into ukmp, found at http://maemo.org/downloads/product/ukmp.

Well, I have no problems anymore. Just download the latest version. If needed, update your python to the latest version while you are at it.
DL latest version from here:
http://maemo.org/downloads/product/ukmp
