go in terminal
and type
root (if it is not working then you have to download rootsh and install it)
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

did you changed in the app manager the repos? maybe you disabled them...
the app manager could not view the applications list or check the update
just get no update available
internet connected without any issue
the issue started yesterday without any changes n install any new app
any idea?
