I can't understand what omweather is doing.
....
What on earth is going on here? In case it matters I'm on Central European time.

I don't think the problem I see is connection problems. It connects fine. The problem is that it looks like after a while the app. goes back to an _even older_ weather prediction, or, in some cases, it shows night mode. An update fixes that. After a while it's back to the old story again. A new update resets it to current (just like it was after the _previous_ update). Obviously most of that time I wouldn't be online (and I don't know if the earlier pre-18.4 versions did even try to update automatically), but that shouldn't make the current prediction _change_ (or revert or whatever. And what's with the night mode?)
As it is now I don't find omweather very useful, or at least it thoroughly confuses me. kMeteo on my Palm, on the other hand, behaves completely sane. It also updates from weather.com as far as I know.

Example: I update on Friday. I see a day icon for Saturday. On Saturday I see the moon icon. I update. I see a day (sun or rain) icon. A few hours later: I see the moon icon. I update, it goes back to the sun icon. And so on.
Or, I see the rain symbol. It's sunny outside. I update, it changes to sun. A bit later it's back to the original rain symbol. I update, back to sun.
What on earth is going on here? In case it matters I'm on Central European time.
