Hi,
I wanted to have 'FM Transmitter' on my desktop. But, the 'Add Shortcut' does not list this application. This is my mostly used application.
For that matter, I did not understand why all the applications are not allowed to be added as shortcuts in desktop. Please help me in doing this.

I think there is a widget somewhere in the repos for FM Trasmitter. Use that instead.

generally tou will only get shortcuts to actual applications in your app menu. fm transmitter is more a feature than an app, so what you need is a widget, like what xuggs has reccomended and if its the same one i use it also activates the fm boost (if you have that installed) and works a treat!
