Lets say im on Witter, checking my tweets and answering 2 some friends, etc, etc sudently i see above that a lost call baloon appears... yeap just like that no ring, no screen change, NOTHING! WTF? i mean this is supouse to be a phone... sorry 4 my grammar i know it sux!

Did the person ringing, ring for a long time? Sometimes they hang up before the phone displays the phone application hence it appears as a missed call.

nop i was calling my self using my landline and guess what it happened... plus they dont need to stay there for a long time ur sopouse to get the ring at the second they are calling you... other issue is that the screen goes off then on the off then on that sux

No this is supposed to be an internet tablet that has phone capabilities included.
How long did you let it ring? Since this a not primarily a phone it can sometimes take a few seconds for the ring to be caught the the software to switch to the phone function.
