Slap the usual wi-fi applications on there of course (sniffers, aircrack, etc.).
And some decent BT apps as well.

Penguin, you need to talk to Nokia or the guys at Maemo.

This is some amazing stuff you are doing and you need to get their attention. If you want, I will try to get your KDE and XFCE on maemo apps. Nokia should send you (at little or no cost) some kind of compensation like they do for other developers... And I bet they would. Amazing work, please continue...

A tarball would be nice I'll always have hosting for your projects, so long as they're always this awesome!

I think a lot of us are waiting for that tarball; a new GUI is something that will make the 770 and the 800 a lot more interesting for the technical users.

Its working very well, but I have been slowly adding functionality, menus, fixes. Its very close, could release a BETA but I really want to have only one release. I have spent a lot of time trying to setup direct boot of xfce and it does work, but something is still wrong, I am missing some startup scripts, my music won't play if I boot directly to xfce, but it all works fine when switching to and from hildon.

    Additions,
    epdf (pdf viewer)
sylpheed (email app, menus for setup are somewhat difficult to negoitiate but it works well)
    mousepad (editor)
    xdesktopwaves (toys/eyecandy)
    explosions (toys/eyecandy)
    xpenguins (toys/eyecandy)
root xterm menu entry (just handy sometimes)
    osso calculator menu entry
    hildon keyboard start/stop entries
added volume control to WMdock (Mixer)

Menu entries, I made menu entries for four apps, that will not come with the tarball, mh-shot-tool, minimo and streamtuner, and FM radio

Known problems, Minimo does not work with xkbd or my matchbox keyboard, well let me clarify, it works, but the enter key does not, so you can type in a web address, but there is no longer a "go" button and enter does not work. You can either enable the hildon keyboard from the menu or use mine and search google to hit web addresses? Anyone have any ideas, let me know.

xfce4-appfinder is no longer working, I am not sure why, working on fixing is issue. It is a very usefull app, and was working, I broke it somehow?

Something will be comming soon, sorry to keep saying that, but it will be soon.
