You're getting an errorcode 7 from curl, which means it's failing to connect to your server. Check the address & port are correct, and try connecting using the web browser to check that it's responding.

I'm having really strange problems with MfE. I have once succeed to complete initial sync but after reboot it seems that it doesn't even try to sync. Before my first successful sync, I had to delete and create MfE account several times.
Pressing "synchronize manually" button it immediately stops syncing without any error or anything, it just reads stopped. No matter if the gprs connection is up or not, exact behavior on both cases.
Here's my syslog attached, hope this gives any hint for solving the problem:
