hi folks

just installed this brilliant app, but need a little help.
ive tried loads of different versions for my sky+ hd box, but cant get any of them to work, what im wondering is, is there a way i can record the function of a remote, eg, if i aim my remote at my n900 and cycle through the buttons, could it be recorded so that it can then be used with irecco?

also, as most universal remotes require you to enter a 4 digit code to be compatable with your device, is there something similar for the n900...this i think would be much easier than trying to guess what tv you have from ireccos' DB

If afraid all I can give you is a negative.
What you CANT do is record IR signals using your N900 as it DOES NOT have an IR reciever, only a transmitter.

If your IR codes arent in a database, Im not sure how you should proceed, sorry.

ahhh, thanks, i was wondering if it was a receiver or not

it's a shame, cos i think this has the potential to be one the the best apps around if it was more 'user friendly' if you like
