hello, this yellow notification message is kinda fast and shy, anyone knows where to check to see it in case i miss it? i mean is there a log file that contains these messages for the past few hours,days..?

You mean for software updates? If you go to app manager and click on update it will show all available updates.

no, i mean messages like "internal error.." or "battery recharged..." ...etc.. where i can see these messages history?

Chances are pretty good you can't unless you're monitoring the dbus for this kind of message - it'd be really easy to write an application that databases these though. Hmmm. Interesting idea...

Since all kinds of apps can display such messages at will, it is not possible to log them all.

Strictly speaking, since it seems you're referring to messages displayed by the HildonBanner widget, you could recompile libhildon and shove a g_message (text) statement in the hildon_banner_show_information function. You'd probably want to change the G_LOG_DOMAIN or concat with a message of your choice for easy filtering... for the rest, however, no idea.

Under Fremantle, messages logged in this manner will be sent to the syslog, which does show the date and time of each message sent

OK then, is there anyway to make these messages still till i tap on the screen, like when installing new apps?
