I just bought the Acer TimelineX 4820TG. 14" 720p screen, Core i5 450 processor, ATI Radeon 5650 graphics, 4GB of RAM, a 640GB HDD and a 9 cell, 9000 mAh battery. It's a powerhouse. And under 1000€.
