-Open Xterm
-Click on the Menu bar when you can see "X Terminal"
-Click on "Font"
-Click on the 1st oval button next to "Color" at the bottom and chose the green on the 2nd row (4rd from the left) and click on "Done"
-Click on the 2nd oval button and chose black, then click on "Done".
Finally, click on "Save".

There you go!
