Now it works again.

Followed the process in wiki, I paired the device and modified /etc/bluetooth/main.conf, then restarted the Bluetooth daemon. The keypad worked perfectly with N900.

This morning, I reset the keypad (I just stupidly wanted to erase all previous pairing records). After that, I cannot connect it to N900 AGAIN.

I can paired the two devices, and the su-8w appeared in the N900's trusted device list, but su-8w cannot be connected. The Bluetooth and power led on su-8w kept blinking at 1s interval. The Bluetooth indicator in the status bar is grey not blue.
