Thanks, It's a nice application, I love it.

Oh man, I'm looking forward to multi pages support or even better an infinite canvas
I'll do my best to report the bugs I have found

You're lying
There can't be any bugs in my code

Kidding, do report them.
And report which version they apply to.
Many thanks for that!

Err.. it's coming

I had planned to add a few more features back to Xournal for Fremantle before starting a port to Harmattan/MeeGo... I hope soon!

Please DO multipage . I love this little program, but one page is never enough....

Thanks..

I was thinking of doing it by overloading the Hand (move tool) icon a bit.

When you tap on the Hand icon, you can pan around the current page as usual, but two more icons will appear on either side of the screen, vertically centered.
These two icons will show two arrows that will bring you to the next page or previous page respectively.
When you reach the last page (or the first page), the right icon (or the left icon) will show a + icon.
Tapping on the plus icon will add a page at the end (or at the beginning).

I like the idea, but I am still thinking how to allow for adding a page after (or before) the current page...

mmmmm...

For now I am molding HeFullScreenButton code to become a generic HeOverlayButton (later I will try to make HeFullScreenButton simply inherit from HeOverlayButton with a fixed position and icon).

Once I have them I simply have to show them when a user taps on the Hand icon. They will disappear after a few seconds of inactivity.
They will reappear if you tap on the screen or after panning around.

Once tapped the buttons will do what we just said.

Summarizing we'll have one button on the right of the screen and one on the left of the screen (both vertically centered) that when tapped will change page (when we reach the first or last page they'll show as a cross and will add a page either at beginning or end).

Following De Bernardis suggestion I may put two more overlay buttons on the top of the screen to add a page before or after the current one.

Or, just one icon that always adds AFTER the current page.
So if you want to add a page before the current one, simply move back one page.

We'll see...
