    @dj_steve i tried the thing you said and extrated the files again, but some how the mounting, mounted the rootfs on my maemo so now i'm at 0mb's left on my root? You know how to fix without flashing? Can i somehow revert it?

    simple, ls /and should show a load of files just do this if it does :

    cd /and
    rm -rf *

    Nothing to do.. in my device the multiboot restart... Maybe I must install it manualy

    I'm not sure, though i think i just lost 10mb's on the root, cause i'm pretty sure i had about 62 and now it's just short of 52 after this litlle adventure...

    reboot probably free some up

    and multiboot ads some more kernel modules so thats probably where 10 mb went

    it only flashes if kernel doesn match one required for users choice of os, and no its not at all

    It flashes only if the kernel is not the right one.

    This should not be a problem, compare e.g. to the root partition which is on the same flash chip. "sometimes" data is written there as well...

    Hmm, still getting errors

    got further this time though, but then I went into the gallery and it came up with SD Card umnounted, which is probably why the errors started

    When it first booted I got a message at the top of the screen stating that my SD card was now safe to eject / remove
