Get the t-mobile mytouch slide, very similar to the n97 and runs android. I'm not sure if it could sync to outlook but i'm sure android has an app for that

I know its priced close to touch pro 2 and HD2, but this one just seem very brushed up

but alternatively i would suggest the outdated google g1 (these are just t-mobile phones however).
