The missed calls/sms notification entries are stored in

/home/user/.config/hildon-desktop/notifications.db

you can try to open the file with sqlite3 and delete the
entries with sql commands.
Or maybe just (backup and) delete this file helps.

In other word:

Backup the databases:
Code:
cp .config/hildon-desktop/notifications.db .config/hildon-desktop/notifications.db_backup
Remove database:
Code:
rm .config/hildon-desktop/notifications.db
Now try to restart the phone.

After this : rm .config/hildon-desktop/notifications.db
everything is ok.

I'll write after 2-3 days, to tell whether the new log is loaded after restart, or corrected after deletion of data and dont show log forever

Phone loads without log ...very very very fast
