just updated my 770 to the '07. it is great I need to charge my battery but I like the look. The menu has better response time. I believe it is faster.

Question I saw when it booted up that it saw the device as a N800. So from now on should I treat the device as a N800? Is there a site that explains the difference? Thanks

Yes and no.

No, because it's still a 770 but with the 2007 HE OS.

Yes, when you just have to pick between N800 and N770 software, the answer in most cases will be N800.

Well, that was the answer circulated around the forum. Unfortunately, I have yet to find one app that runs in 2007He but not in 2006OS, http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...ead.php?t=9282, maybe minimo 0.2.1 on 2006OS and 0.2.2 on 2007He is the one.

To the contrary, an app may run on 2006OS but not on 2007He, Kagu is one.

More than great, I backup before the upgrade, and restore after the upgrade, DO NOT even have to adjust any wifi or BT parameters! What does that mean? My wifi is from my office and the computer guy keeps the security code, and today is Saturday, and if I have to put the code means I would have to wait till Monday and beg the guy to do it. NO, just restore your backup, it works. 2007He rules.
