just followed your instructions but now I cant boot nitdroid. The options are in the bootmenu but when I choose it the bootmenu just loops.

Am I going to need to format the SD card and redo nitdroid or is there an easier way?

When I tried removing multiboot I got this error

    Nokia-N900-51-1:/home/user# ./multiboot-remove
Can't remove multiboot while running NITdroid kernel.
Switch to the original Maemo kernel and try again.

    But I'm running Maemo...

You are running the nitdroid modified kernel. Reboot your phone and chose option 1 from the bootmenu "maemo -2.6.28-omap1 (or similar)"

Great! Once the accelerometers are working on NITdroid, an N900 can dual boot Android and be used as an ARdrone controller!

Bear in mind that installing has prevented me from loading nitdroid. I may have done something wrong though!

I have installed multiboot 2.5 . just to get ready for when i install nitdroid later.

When you get into the multiboot menu, if you hav'nt added items their will be no options. All you need to do is press 0 on the keyboard to boot into maemo.

Just incase anyone has any problems....

You have to configure multiboot so it picks up nitdroid
I'm gonna take a look at it and I'll post a message when I got it running
