Anybody knows how big the size on the sd card will be ?
I hope it is multiboot compatible.

It's a chroot image, most likely ~2GB in size. You don't need to multi-boot it since you're simply jailing over to another root directory.

An SD card shouldn't be an absolute requirement, it can be compressed and loop mounted from an image if need be.

It's clear from the youtube video that it runs inside Maemo 5
