This is a cross platform application available for win32, os x, debian, ubuntu, etc released under the GPL.
IT's far more functional the the GPE todo list and stores it's data in XML format.
I'd love to port it myself but I don't have the expertise/time to learn. Does it take a long time to cross compile/port apps or is it something that can be learned in a few hours?
