It's the same pitfall for 'democracy'. Uniting vision and objectives is part of the challenge. Some may feel they're better informed and know better where to lead the pack; but to get there they must also realize that everyone is on the same boat
Just above the "quick reply" is a grey bar... one side says Tags and the other side of the bar says Edit Tags... look and you will see.
Trust me, I've looked
"Edit tags" doesn't appear anywhere in the source for the page. Some people get fed the option presumably based on their accounts. So what is it? Age of account? Number of 'thanks'?
i just downloaded it this morning and was fooling around a bit with it. coming from a nikon dslr, what fcamera does on A FREAKING PHONE IS BLOODY AWESOME. the level of control it offers is pretty amazing.
i have never seen this on any phone camera before.
the out of focus shots you can take make for great subject / portrait images where you want the subject to be in focus while the background is blur. sure you can do it with the default camera app but that is automatic and it doesn't always get it right. having manual control is what makes this app excellent!!
kudos to the team that developed this.
I've seen several like this... on a phone. :P I use Camera360 on my Droid. You're just pointing out that YOU haven't seen this on any phone camera before, but I've seen it--this N900 app isn't quite as good as the ones I've seen and used, but I do agree with the sentiment that this is a GREAT development for the N900. It's a little late to the game.. but still, a major step. It's far SUPERIOR than the other apps I've used/seen in that it's completely OPEN SOURCE, however. THAT counts for a LOT to me. Although I've seen better, it certainly has far greater potential and value to me for being open-source alone.
