Ok. The great news are "you have now ANOTHER tricky cam app. But only if you was a good boy and didn't overclocked your n900".
Nice.
Great Nokia.
Making friends again.
Good job.
But now, plzzzzz, we need more excitement.
What about something like:
"Heeeeyyyy boys! Great incoming news! We are sooooo excited! Very very soon, there will be a new level pack for... YES FRIENDS, FOR ANGRY BIRDS! YAAAAAHOOOOOOO!!!!! Here at Nokia, ALWAYS TAKING CARE OF OUR N900 USERS! Remember to buy our next phone, step n of n^2!"
I too was expecting more than a camera app, but fcam is awesome and for those who haven't tried it need to its truly amazing. I downloaded frontview900 aswell and I am just amazed by what these apps can do
Does anyone know where the images from lowlight get saved? (Or how to save them?) Following the help page, I make sure the image I want to save has a red border, I hit close ... but nothing happens (it just closes and that's it).

yes, apple allows overclocking and ensures that everything just works, modified kernel or not....
Are you running PR1.2? The drivers are presumably specific to the kernel version (though there's no dependency specified in the package), so a pre-PR1.2 (or non-standard) kernel would most likely not work.
mine did the same uninstalled it all then rebooted reinstalled and it worked???
