I can only assume Lehto's kernel will work with FCam as he didn't modify the kernel other than the frequency/voltages.

Is there still anyone doing Lehto's kernel or are running Titans Enhanced kernel pre maemo28?

I have only just heard about this conflict. I'll investigate it this weekend.

...you certainly saw this one already: "...We didn't know about Titan's kernel before this morning, and it looks like fcam-driver conflicts with it - we'll add that as a conflict until we sort out why the two don't coexist. ..."

What a joke - and they worked together with Nokia? Where - on the moon?

I have build a completely untested package of the fcam kernel modules for the maemo38 kernel (should be compatible with v37). please test it and report whether it works.

Will give them a try. You mention maemo38 kernel - is that likely to see the light of day soon. I couldn't help but notice a rather interestingly labelled 38 kernel in amongst the other files.

maemo38 is in preparation and contains only minor improvements (one of them might fix Ubuntu Lucid in EasyDebian).

What does your last statement have anything to do with Nokia? Titans' kernel is not "official" thus it's reasonable that people working at Nokia nor the researchers at Stanford University never heard of it until recently.

Remember outside of Qgil, there's nobody else from Nokia that comes here.

Edit: I might be wrong about the nobody else. But my point is that Nokia doesn't pay much attention to the maemo.org (ITT) community.

Can confirm that these drivers work ..... perfectly. Fcamera really is an amazing little app and Titan rules all in the kernel world

New kernel modules seem to fix things. Tested w/ Fcam 0.1.2-1 / maemo37 kernel and working as expected so far. Thanks!
