We sort of have sending/recieving txt support in Android via Google voice, it's not via cell data but still it works!

Thanks for then new build DJ_steve
Question about upgrading to the 3-D graphics version:

What command or step in the original instructions should I use in the future to just upgrade to future builds?

I'm coming from following these instructions: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=58890

You mention on the 2nd post for 0.0.6 to "wipe ext3 partition"

So should I follow Step 5 from the first post:

    5. Once your n900 is back up lets continue:
Old NITDroid users THIS IS REQUIRED for you aswell (well formating ext3 is not the vfat one)
    Code:
    umount /dev/mmcblk1p1
    mkfs.vfat /dev/mmcblk1p1 -n sdcard
    mke2fs -j -m0 -L NITDroid /dev/mmcblk1p2

and then proceed to the quick how-to instructions on your second post here:

    quick howto:
    Code:
    cd /home/user/MyDocs
    wget http://downloads.nitdroid.com/NITDroid-N900-the-flying-world.tbz2
    bzip2 -d NITDroid-N900-the-flying-world.tbz2
    mount /dev/mmcblk1p2 /and
    cd /and
    rm -rf *
    tar xvf /home/user/MyDocs/NITDroid-N900-the-flying-world.tar
    ?
Hol's, did that yetserday, the Quick one just use it for further Releases i guess itll do . anyone got flash working so far?

Got som problems booting up Nitdroid - Latest version with 3D fix.
Right after battery module-loading, there is some short flicker of a line with something like "32-bit capabilities....", and then the screen goes black with a white _ in the upper left-hand corner. After that it halts/hangs/spins.
Is it a known error? I tried to look in the bugtracker, and the threads, but could not find a similar error/problem.

Edit: This is my first attempt on booting NitDroid on my N900, but I'm no Linux-novice, and I followed the HowTo pretty much to the point, without errors.
