    I think it's a rudimentary, pidgin dialect of proto-Klingon.

    It certainly could be, however I find Klingon somewhat easier to decypher.

    I live in and am from the western world. I have used this colloquialism and have heard it used regularly.

    Doubt any cares at all, but I do use the reputation system as a way to judge the reliability/trustworthiness of the information someone has posted.

    Yes.I use it to judge the reliablility of the information too.

    If you go on n0ak's profile, you can actually see that his Skype ID is: har4oo2 . So they are evidentely one.
