It keeps declining my credt card although I know it is working properly. In fact I had used it to buy levelpack 1.

I had exactly the same issue for around 5 days after they released the level packs, and then all of a sudden it just worked...

Very annoying I know, but at least you know there's hope.

That's what you need to consult with your bank. Debit cards are pretty often locked for non-physical payments, they should be able to unblock.
