Since the first letter doesn't automatically capitalize, this morning another problem flowed up, the headset is broken. The left side doesn't work well.
I bought that on Dell.com in late January. Is it still within the warranty?

Jep, mine broke too after ~1 month of use.

how long are ur contracts? also where do u live? there is a thread somewhere regarding this very issue, if ur in th eu then i would assume a fair few years would come with the warranty, my contract is 2 years so therefore it would be safe to assume the phone should last this long as a minimum
