Hi

I have the Navicore but find the volume of the spoken instructions too low. Is the N800 capable of serving up the complete audio via Buetooth (in A2DP or Mono via Headset or Handset profile)? I'd like to hardwire in a Bluetooth loudspeaker for my car (mono or stereo I care not, under the dash somewhee) exlusively for the N800 spoken instructions.

Ok,

but what about your Nokia gps bluetooth unit,
can Nokia 800 support 2 bluetooth devices at the same time ?

The N800 can support 2 bluetooth devices at the same time (even 3: I tried with phone, keyboard and GPS...), but does not support a bluetooth headset. So no sound.

It's great.
Some times ago I have contacted developer of Blue Soleil bluetooth driver and application for PC computers running MS Windows asking for some way to enable automatic re-connecting of my BT earphones on two weak signal disconnect
and was told - not now , mayby in a future.
Does it mean Linux/Debian has a finer BT driver ported to Nokia 770/800 ?
And how to manage use of 3 BT devices connected to my Nokia 770 ?
Sometimes I move away from my gps bt unit and connection is lost
and to reestablish gps connection I must to open my 770 make some clicks.
As my gps in my backpack, 770 uner jacket, somtimes I don't hear gps signal lost warning audio.
How to enable auto-reconnect option or much smarter management of bt accessories , especially for a number of 3 bt enabled devices ?

I don't understand your question. You want your Nokia to automatically reconnect to your GPS? That depends on the application, not really on the BT stack. For example, the keyboard always auto-reconnect (because the keyboard driver works that way).

Yes, depends on the application. The Navicore app automatically attempts to reconnect to the GPS if the connection is lost.
