Sorted it

I set the fps and bitrate to convert too high and live wallpaper didn't seem to like it, i could have pushed it more but wanted to share what i have found first.

So, Ive found a shitful bug in v0.7

If you have a video set as a background, you cannot connect N900 to PC in mass storage mode - it says "cannot connect - device storage in use"

If you disable video bg, it will then connect no problems..

I have verified this and it sucks.

For a wordaround, move the video file on /home/user instead of /home/user/MyDocs and it won't complain again

Tried this but you can only select vids in MyDocs!
