Hallo guys, contest deadline is approaching in about 12 hours so I need to give QBW, and the competition itself, as much visibility as I can to all bystanders or late-comers.
If you like Queen Beecon Widget please vote for it in current Maemo Coding Competition in this thread
Ciao and thank you, No!No!No!Yes!

Just an observation.
I find it odd that when I use the Power Kernel, no matter what template I use, ideal, xlv etc. Anything over 850mhz crashes and is unstable. When I load the zImage-930mhz-500dsp kernel, not a drama, stable and using it for over a week with not a glitch. Wonder what the differences are that is making one more stable than the other?

That is fair enough, understand and accept that. My first N900 was better than this one, more stable, faster etc.
The point I am getting at, if both a true 930mhz OC and 850mhz OC Power Kernel. 900mhz is 900mhz, so whats the differences between the two that makes one stable and the other not, the power?
What ever the difference is obviously a plus.

that's a replacement? micro USB Fail?
yeah, well mine was not stable @ 800mhz using the zimage kernel configuration. so i had to switch to kernel-power.
EDIT: have you tried using avoid freqs in kernel-power? some devices got stable in performing the command and saving it as their personal config.

I will start with I am an absolute newbie in this N900 and kernel business.
I updated and overclocked my N900 but now I have lost the information on the about page and it doesn't give the software version either.
I was wondering if there is a way to go back to my regular software.
Thanks,
Parmjit Singh
