Maybe your filesystem is filled up to a level where the browser can only cache the first few seconds of the video.

I uninstalled fennec, browser switchboard and maybe some other as well and now they play well on MicroB
When i try to play a video from youtube, it plays for around 10 seconds and then the browser crashes. I have tried it on MicroB and fennec and both browsers crash. Recently i read a thread that flash 10.1 is not supported on n900 but if that was causing the problem then the video should not even play for the first 10 seconds.
