@abill_uk and also fieryriver,
I try to avoid liking any company or any thing. I just plainly try to be objective as possible and try to collect facts&information. I do not like or hmmm more precise CARE opinions which are purely based on feelings. Opinions based on purely feelings are like a**holes. Everybody's got one and everyone thinks everyone else's stinks.

I have not said that i like nor i do not like. Generally I like support (as almost any human being), I do not much like Nokiaīs current quality of support but on the other hand grass is not so much greener on the other side. Actually IMO everything stinks little bit, whole industry has started little by little really listen customers. And thatīs good. But again iīm just mumbling here about my own a**hole and this forum is wrong place for that*.

*at least in context of giving feedback TO Nokia.

Just read the Q & A session (thanks Rauha).

What a complete waste of everyones time and nothing of value was learned.

You would have learned more by asking "What is your favourite cake?"

I already made my little Voodoo doll that I called Niklas Savander, stashed full of his tweet printouts and at the moment slowly twist its right leg... Are you feeling it Niklas??? That is the pain we all go through here on daily basis!!

That's pretty much my opinion about anything on Twitter that tries to use it as a tool for meaningfull discussion.

Just don't ask how to make that cake.
