I tried to update via PC Suite the phones firmware as it was out of date. It randomly told me the phone was disconnected and I left it for about 3 hours with nothing changing.
Now the phone won't work as it gives a yellow bar saying all telephony features including emergency calls is disabled. I might need to reboot my phone to recover.
PC does not recognise phone and I cannot update.
Is there another way I can update the phone as I'm in desperate need of getting it working again
