Hello, just wondering, how usable is NITDroid (performance wise)? Is it smooth like native Android phones? Or is it slow and laggy? Laggier than Maemo? Faster than Maemo?

it's usable but the phone isn't functioning so you can't make calls

That really depends on the SD card you use. Class 4 cards seem to lag some but with my Class 6 card NITDROID runs faster then my Backflip does.

Also when you install it give it some time to perform internal optimalization. After few hours of idle time my Android was actually working very smooth (no OC)
