"Not enough memory in target location" when trying to download/save file from default browser

encountered this problem too.. tried flashing the phone but no luck.. so i tried flashing it again and the eMMc and it worked...

Did you tried, to check Download status on your browser? It happened to me once, that I did so many clicks, same error, and when I checked, had the same file downloading like 5 times. I did cancel the other 4 and the one remaining downloaded fine.
