Does anyone know how to record on this?

I have started recording 1min of tv, but it never actually stopped recording. I then exited out after a while.

Then I tried opening the saved file but it wont open with anything.... i tried KM player, sib and the nokia media player.

Anyone know how to play the recording, or get it to stop?

i will have a go at recording...i just use it to watch live so have never tested the function.

Your not the first person to say that to me....

I find that really odd. I think the record function is the best part about the app!!

How good it would be if I could work it to record tv running in the background of my phone, at a scheduled time. I could record programs and be able to watch when ever I want!

ok...i selected bbc1 to record for 2 mins...then xterminal downloaded the data and closed after 2 mins...then i tried to access /home/user/MyDocs/rec.ts is were the file is stored.
to get to that i went to xterminal
then:
sudo gainroot which took me to /home/user

then typed MyDocs/rec.ts

it reported Permision denied....can someone help with this please.

You can just go to file manager and click on the file but it wont open with any apps

i selected open with media player and it wont open it....then tried kmplayer and that failed to play it also.

as it plays via mplayer i would of thought the kmplayer would of worked?


i noticed that the 2 mins i recored has come up in the media player as being 27:56 also.

also in the details for the file type it is given as a message catalogue?
