X Terminal is in there by default. Braek can be installed from one of the Extras repositories via the app manager, or by downloading the .deb directly.

Yes, the video shows what to do. This page tells us that Braek is currently in Extras-testing.
I should also point out that installing stuff from Extras-testing and Extras-devel can be dangerous, so if you are not a developer or a power user, you'll have to accept the risks.
My advice is that you should _only_ enable Extras-testing, then install Braek, then disable Extras-testing.
You should enable plain Extras, though, as it contains cool and usable stuff.
You can read more about each repository here: Extras - stable, tested, proven software Extras-testing - software under testing, possibly unstable! Extras-devel - development software, usually unstable... may blow up your device!

@ venemo: OK, thx, so...the order is this... do like it the clip, install braek, and then disable all extras, correct? to not have any unaspected problems with the phone?! Disabling all extras the stability is much higher than if all the extras remains enabled, correct?!

@ venemo: and if i dont have in the updates extra-testing, i have to create him, than install Braek, and then disable extra testing, right?

press ctrl+shift+r
close keyboard
DONE
Note though that Maemo 5 does not fully support portrait mode... it will look pretty crappy in a lot of apps.
