    @Tone (+ everyone)

    I pretty much gave up on getting an n900 since everyone is whining so much and Nokia not caring about it.
    But then I saw your latest drawing.... OMG, you rule. I so want to draw on a minitablet/phone and the n900 seems to be the very last resistive screen device to come.

    So a question to you my fellow artists
    - Is the n900 still worth getting mainly for the mypaint app even though other things might suck about it. Or do you guys feel that mypaint is great, but not enough when compared to the n900 flaws.

    Or perhaps, maybe you guys donīt experience any flaws at all? I dont care about other apps, navigation, IM or email feature. Only making calls, snappy interface, great still camera and a great browser. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Nice art work everyone, I envy you all

    Hey has anyone thought of a "teach drawing app" bit of a long shot bu could a plugin for Mypaint be created that would run a user interactive presentation of sorts, there is a painting app for the DS, my drawing skills are rubbish but I would love an app that could teach some good techniques...

    That's not a bad idea.

    Inkscape usually has a page (in it's help system?) that shows off examples of new features in the current release. *Actually I think it was an "example" page.

    Something like that would be handy.

    Anyone want to knock up a quick guide?

    *Edit: It was a series of example pages (.svg files) showing off the basic techniques of the package.

    The app on the DS seems to be more of a do this then do this kind of affair basically it will say draw the outline of a tree like this and then when ur finished it will ask you to fill in the leaves like so etc...

    might not be possable with my paint but still worth a mention

    sadly, that also mark my last art using n900.. this buddy here gonna have a new owner.. sad to leave it but no better alternative. to be frank, this is hard to use as a phone.. and i need phone more than a internet tablet now.. work commitment..

    sigh..

    its been fun here.. maybe in 2months time.. i might just buy back this n900 while i still have my proper phone.. =D

    keep up the good art work guys~! =)

    Good idea but can you actually teach this kind of skill? Would it actually work?
