Hello.
I have a problem that I can not solve with the installation of the dump evopedia. I apologize for my English not perfect but I'm using a translator because I do not know the language well.
I installed the latest version of the program evopedia on the phone and so good. I went to the dump site evopedia at home and I have to download the file in both English and Italian in the dump and unpacked with winzip on your PC. Then I connected the N900 pc boulder and mode I put the file on your F: / which would be home / user / MyDocs then I disconnected usb and I launched the application evopedia I asked where were the dump I gave path but it tells me this phrase: home/user/MyDocs/wikipedia/wikipedia_en_2010-01 Does Not Contain A Valid evopedia dump (title file does not exist) what I can do. If I go to File Manager and open the folder there are files inside these files: coordinates.idx
titles.idx metadata and the Other. Dat files. Who can help me with this problem is driving me crazy for about a week I ask you to help me thanks for your help.

I tried to put the dump simple and it works, then they dump EN and IT are not going well.

Are you sure you have the whole dump and not just part of it or the torrent file. The English dump should be around 10 GB if you have the full thing.

I tried that with the initials EN zipped and do not see it then I tried that and IT does not work then and now I tried SIMPLE SMALL and work.

this problem still seems to persist.
Tried the 11GB EN version as well as the small korean zip plus the not too small (8GB) German version.

I should have stuck with the older dumps, now I have nothing

Any suggestions?

As Christian has righly pointed out, a very good reason for having problems here is a not complete download as may happen with torrent: all the files get created at the beginning, however they are then only filled with binary 00. Thus, with ls they all look fine.
