Well, I don't have any personal experience (I have reflashed my phone only once and did it myself) but from what I have read they do it in the store.

To try to fix the conversations, you can try clearing the message log database, by opening up an x terminal and typing:
rm -rf .rtcom-eventlogger
Reboot and see if that helps. It was a known problem when upgrading to the latest software, at least.
The same command with .mozilla or .nokia-maps may solve your browser/maps issues, but I've never tried them myself.
Also, I'd run the built-in backup program before trying any of the above, just in case.

the problems are solved!
I just flashed it and updated it and now everything is working.
The default browser is running as are the applications that use it!
Also i am finally able to read my messages 'after two long days!'

Thanks to everybody for replying!!!

Hi, I have the same issue with my conversations, what do you mean by a reboot after typing the code?
Its my boyfriends phone so I don't have it next to me to have a look at what you mean!! also are the spaces in the code meant to be there?

Thank you
