OK
Problems around this is that the Maemo OS will run at 500Mhz to 600Mhz instead of dropping to 250Mhz, the only way to get it back to stock is by installing powet kernel.
secondly, Nitdroid runs so hot on the device. it felt like the N900 is in Hell Kitchen show. So hot until I'm too scared and remove it after that.
Thirdly, it running from the MicroSD class6 and still lagging. Phone is working but not yet came out of Alpha testing yet. No GPS, No FMTX, No camera yet, charging while using stopped working after the setting wizard disappeared. Battery only last 5hours to 9hours maxed. Still a bit far off from being a replacement OS. Yes it's good for games for now and apps. But until it runs smoothly and don't drain battery, overheating then i will run it again.
installing and using nitdroid made me realise that maemo is great, far better than android in a lot of points, just looses in google integration, graphs and more (professional) apps.
Also I like the java-eske Android programming model more...
Should I buy a 2gb MMC card or a 4gb one? I don't intend to keep anything on the MMC since I used the internal storage for that but if I download any apps in NITDROID,will they be saved in the MMC or in the Internal SD?
