I updated to the newest OS yesterday. Today my N800 logged in to my WPA, password-protected wireless router automatically. I understand that the new OS is only supposed to be for the SD card issue, but this never happened to me before. I was using a friend's password-protected wifi, came home and turned on my N800. I expected to need to choose my home network (as I always had before) but it just connected all by itself. Is this new? Or was my Nokia just previously not working properly?

The N800 always attempts to connect to saved networks automatically unless in offline mode.

It depends on the option you have chosen on the Connectivity page of the Control Panel.

Right, but it always auto connected to saved networks if you wanted it to.
