Just out of interest, have you considered using a mobile phone to get a connection on your tablet when you're away from home?
You can save individual web pages by going to the page with your browser, clicking on the "Web" menu bar at the top, then select "Web Page", then "Save With Images As" if you want the complete page or just "Save As" if you only want the text.
This saves pages to the N800's Documents folder, and you can access the pages later using the File Manager app.
