for those didnt work, dont use titan kernal power patched with backup manager, it backed up fine but cant load game, once u insert game in tray and press load on backup manager, it will take u to menu but with game in tray not game u backedup..just boot a normal kernel and installed the patched ps3jailbreak version...it work for me. but not titan kernel patched.

cool, it successfully crashes my 3.10 ps3. hopefully someone figures out how to patch those ones too, as i refuse to remove otherOS. stupid sony.

Yes. Using Modern Warfare 2 retail game's ID isn't such a smart idea.
I found this however which uses the ID of Pixel Junk Monsters Demo USA.
Haven't tried it yet but if it does, it would be more safer than using MW2.
(as demo's are naturally installed/run off the HDD)

Look at the PSP scene, they use custom FW but still play online / psn without issues. So we may get something like that soon.

I just wandering if this jailbreak lets me play backed up ps1 and ps2 games? I got this backed up ps1 game that no longer available in NZ and would love to play it.

nope just ps3 games, i might need to buy bigger external HDD now...
after succes load you can unplug your N900 and play as normal, just plug in N900 again start the scrip if you power off PS3

After about 3 minutes of messing around.......

CONFIRMED WORKING!!!!!!!

Both backup and loading works.

Using power kernel.

Just make sure you edit the psfreedom.ko.

You need to to change dev_xxxx to dev_bdvd using a hex editor.

Also, Inital-D: Extreme Stage is working.
