Recently i've noticed that something weird is happening with my MicroB.

In the past, when i clicked on a bookmark shortcut on my desktop, it loaded 2 things - 1 bookmarks window, and 1 webpage window.

Then if i went back to my desktop (not closing the 2 windows) and clicked on another bookmark link, it loaded up another window with that website in. So by now, i have 3 windows open - 1 bookmark window and 2 website windows.

But recently (last 3/4 days?) it's messed up. When i press a desktop bookmark shortcut, it only opens 1 window - the webpage.

This i don't mind, because i always close the bookmark window anyway. But my problem is that if i go back to desktop (leaving the webpage open) and click on another bookmark shortcut, it loads that webpage in the first window, thus moving away from my first website.

Anybody any insight into this?

Found the problem. Browser Switchboard. Uninstalled it and it's fixed.

Had the same issue and also deinstalled Browser Switchboard but no effect. Forgot to reboot Now it's working again as it used to.
